Payment & Refund Policy

Ticket prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your billing information. General Admission is $99; VIP is $249. Prices and availability may change without notice; the price at the time of purchase applies to that transaction.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Available payment methods may include credit and debit cards, and buy-now-pay-later options (Afterpay/Clearpay, Klarna, Cash App Pay) provided by third parties under their own terms. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

If a buy-now-pay-later plan is used, missed installments are governed by that provider’s terms and may result in fees or credit-reporting consequences separate from us.

• Full refund if you cancel in writing at least 30 days before the Event.
• 50% refund if you cancel between 29 and 14 days before the Event.
• No refund for cancellations less than 14 days before the Event, no-shows, or partial attendance.
• If we cancel the Event outright and do not offer a reschedule, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid to us.
• If we reschedule or relocate the Event (including converting to virtual format under Force Majeure), your ticket will remain valid; refunds are at our discretion.

To request a refund, email support@example.com from the address used at registration. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Tickets are non-transferable by default. You may request a name change up to 7 days before the Event by emailing us; approval is at our discretion and may be subject to a nominal administrative fee.

Please contact us first at support@example.com so we can resolve any issue directly. Filing a chargeback in bad faith or in violation of this policy may result in denial of entry and pursuit of the disputed amount plus costs.

You are responsible for any taxes not collected at checkout that may be owed in your jurisdiction.
